Arnold Dentistry

I have been going to this office since it opened and have found it to be very "people friendly", clean and accommodating. After having a root canal done during the day - that night at approx. 8:00pm the dentist called to see how I was doing. You don't find that kind of service everywhere. I would and have recommended this office to everyone that asks me about a dentist.

No wonder this office was able to give us appointments within 2 days of my first phone call! Upon arriving for our appointments, my husband and I were told we needed to supply the office with our credit or debit card information for them to keep on record. Our other option was to pay out of pocket for our dental check ups and cleaning and once our insurance paid we would be reimbursed. What a way not to welcome new patients who have dental insurance that this office is "In Network" with! I don't recommend this office unless you're comfortable with virtual strangers having permanent access to your bank account or credit card information. This office's unfriendly and suspicious practices/policies are not the norm!
