Goodwill Stores

Goodwill in Rio Rancho NM is extremely good---there are 2 exceptions----prices could be cheaper---BUT PLEASE GoodWill, ACCEPT OFFERS on items---it helps the poorer people, it helps GoodWill to sell items that are hard to sell------PLEASE COME DOWN on prices---we are needy as well----and for the Elder Customers please allow them to at least bring in their water---its dry enough in NM but anyone over 55 should be allowed to bring in water as sometimes they stay longer then the young crowd----employee and management are great---EXCEPT if offers are made the policy should change top accept offers as customers are not only limited on money but Goodwill could at least come down 50% on items at are shabby or cracked but I never seen that---this is for management to see---so people go to other stores that are cheaper.

I enjoy going to thrift stores but the one in Rio Rancho is more expensive overall than their other stores tend to be. The employees seem to really hate their job and every time I am in there they seem to be complaining about one thing or another. But there are sometimes good buys on the color tag of the week.
