Express Credit Auto Sales

I had the run round form many buy here pay here lots. So many told me no problem come in and we can get you in something. Granted my Credit it bad so I was happy to go. More then one place then had a differnet story and wants some big down for a crappy car when I got there. I got a referal from a friend that had a car with them. I called and talked to Brent and he to told me stuff that sounded great and said get in here. I was suprised when it only took 15 Minutes and lots of stuff to choose for the approval. I got a nice Murano with a great warranty. All that and they are reporting to increace my Credit Score.

I was very skeptical to go to there I have bought a lot of cars and I have never had service like this before. It was the best experience I have had in a long time. Everyone and I mean everyone at Express Credit Auto talked to me and asked me how I was, if they could get me something to drink or some popcorn. My salesman Jeff was "johnny on the spot" he took such good care of me I can't believe he is a car salesman. I would highly recomend anyone to go there and just check it out for themselves. You will be suprised like I was.

I bought my vehicle from Casey at the South Location and was very impressed. The whole staff there was friendly and helped me out when no one else would. Casey has already called me to thank me again. Will gladly refer all my friends and family.

I purchased a vehicle from Express Credit Auto at the South location and I have to say that the service was awesome before and after the sale. Everytime I make a payment I am greeted by a smiling face, usually the Morgan brothers. They are always so helpful and always talk with me when I come in. I have had my vehicle for 6 months and have not had any problems. I would recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Express Credit Auto south store. They are very friendly and helpful.

First off, all of the 5-star reviews are written by Eva themselves. Look at the user names.. JohnDoeF150, chevytblazer.. Really? I know a guy that worked for them for 3 years and he said the sales people make fake Google accounts and wrote reviews about themselves in their down time. All the "reviews" about Leslie are written by none other than Leslie. But as for the service, this place is purely a predatory lender. They shut your car off if you're late in a payment and immediately repo the car. I bought an 04 Nissan Titan and was paying $700 A MONTH! The valve seals went out in the e fine after two weeks and "weren't covered under warranty". Then I had a body shop look at it and the car was in a flood. Eva bought it cheap and "fixed" it, and sold a $7000 truck to me for $21000 that broke down after two weeks. This place is SICK. They also manipulated the carfax. The one I found online was totally different from the one the gave me. Stay away from this God forsaken place if you can help it.

yes its easy to get in a vehicle thats y i gave it a 2. the staff are not all that friendly once they make that sale my salesman walks by me when i go in to make my payment & acts like he never seen me before. He don't even have enough decency to say hi. oh and dont be late on a payment ur car will be shut off!!! i make all my payments on time & have bought several vehicles from them (this is my last one for sure!!!) needed some extra time ONE time & they told me NO were gonna have to disable your vehicle so no matter how good or loyal a customer you are u will be disabled!!!! LAST VEHICLE!!!! There are plenty of good car lots that dont use payment devices do your research I JUST DID!!!

This place is awesome!! My sales lady was great. They got me in and out and it was quick and simple! :)

I would say that this is a great place to buy something new to drive. The people here are great and Leslie Pool is the sale person that i recommened and Billy the manger to approve you and make sure that everything goes right.
