From 2007 to 2018 Patrick practiced law in Tri-Cities, WA including providing city attorney services to Pasco, Benton City, Sunnyside and Mesa; serving as land use hearing examiner pro-tem for the City of Walla-Walla; and ultimately managing his own law firm Advance Legal Services, PLLC where his practice included Community Associations (HOA’s and Private Water Systems), Real Estate Development, Business Formations, Contracts, Estate Planning and Probate. While in law school at University of Idaho, Patrick served in the small business legal clinic and interned with law firms in Rexburg and Coeur d’Alene performing title searches, mapping water rights, and investigating personal injury claims.
