I do a lot of client entertaining at very good NYC restaurants...This place was average at best. If you like arrogance, this is the place for you...and that was from the owner himself. Wait staff was friendly, as well as hostess (she was at least honest with us) Waiting for a table, you'd better hope his friends don't walk in, as they go to the head of the line. Try complaining to him and he'll outright lie to you. Ladies, you'll be addressed as "honey". Porterhouse was tough, and Pasta (w/ Shrimp) was drowning in butter. I guess butter makes everything taste decent. First and last visit here for me!

Very disappointed! Ate there on official opening night. Service was slow and disorganized. Staff was treated with disrespect and disdain by management and owners trying to make sure everything went smoothly. Kinks expected on first night, but this is no way to treat employees who were obviously not trained to work in a so-called upscale restaurant! The food quality was good, but an entree of seafood fra diavlo was mild enough to feed an infant. Lots of apologies from staff and ownership, and a promise for a better experience "NEXT Time". In this economy, you don't get a second chance to make a First impression. This was a trainwreck of a dining experience.
