Called the company, told them my issue and they came out right away. The tech diagnosed the problem on the phone and brought a replacement part with him. Also learned all about the benefits of Geothermal Air Conditioning in the process...I'm considering going that way.

This is an excellent air conditioning service.

Called to have my AC serviced and was told the technician would call that evening to schedule for a next day appointment which never happened. I called back the next day and was told the tech would be out between 1-2 pm. And that I would get call from him. I never received a call. Around 5 pm I called to inquire about the status of the tech and was told that he was under the impression the tech had come out to my home. Then proceeded to tell me the guy was on his way. When the tech (Carlos) finally arrived after 6 pm. I was told he couldn't go into my attic to check for the refrigerant leak because it was too hot. He said that he would call me the next morning to schedule a time to come back in the early morning hours to go into my attic. Sadly enough, that never happened either. I resolved my problem by calling someone else who had no problem going into my hot attic. Raul mean is the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with. No recommendation from me.
