Rancho Tree Ser vice

They did not complete my job. Instead of removing the above ground roots, they covered them up with the wood chips off my tree they removed. After numerous phone calls, I have given up the idea that they will complete their job. I would never use this company again.
Update: The owner called and said he never knew my job was not complete and that he would come out personally and finish the job. The job was finished today.

They are unprofessional will not show up and will not give you a call so you don't waste your day. Customer service is horrible.would not try come to an agreement they think they are always in the right. Had the nerve to tell me that I don't know what goes into removing a tree. Obviously I don't main reason why I THOUGHT I was calling professionals.and when you call to cancel because you are tired of waiting they still threatened to bill you. My advice look around any other company is better than rancho tree service.
