This company was the worse. Told me they would be out one day and never showed up. I called and finally was able to contact them after hours of calling. when they did finally show up I had to diagnose the problem and show them where the underground leak was located. Take into consideration I've never dealt with plumbing issues in my life. Good luck if you choose this company

These guys were super fast with the service call and very helpful. I will use them again and again. I own rental properties and have home warranties on them. I have a leak at one of them and have been waiting for Ideal Air, who was the assigned contractor for a whole week. I called the home warranty to change it to Planet Plumbing.
