H & S Carpet Cleaning

AVOID. I hired this guy when I moved out of my apartment. He called me after cleaning and was very rude to me, told me my carpets were filthy and covered in urine (which i know is untrue because my dogs were crated when I was not home and they didn't pee in the house when I was home). He charged me extra money for a heavy cleaning, which I didn't really mind, because it was only a few extra dollars. I was more upset with his attitude when he called me. He was rude, talked to me like I was stupid, and had the gall to tell me that he needed to clean the carpets extra because my "apartment manager would not be happy about this."

I later found out that even after the heavy cleaning, the carpets were still dirty in the "traffic areas". So basically, even though he did a heavy cleaning the first time, he didn't take the time or care to actually clean my apartment's carpets. So now he gets to go in a second time and make even more money. I don't think my carpets were perfect...I know that they needed to be cleaned, but I could get the dirt and stuff out of the carpet on my own with a steamervac. There was absolutely no reason for it to need to be cleaned again after a heavy cleaning. AVOID THIS GUY!!!

Don't use this guy. I hired him for very small wokrs, but he completed messed up my entire apartment, creating massive flooding. He never apologized, and barganing his responsibiity and cleaning up (something like only if I do not admit his fault, he will soak up water. He even ordered me move funiture, and buy the part spending my money.vNo work ethic, no moral, and the worst humanbeing I ever met. Please don't use this guy. Please believe in my advice.
