Very professional and knowledgeable. I came in with mufflers that I brought online and they were willing to put it on even-though it was not a direct kit but just a hand full of parts. I asked him about the sound and he told me that it would not be that much of a difference considering the oem mufflers and the ones I had. After listening to other options, we went another route and he made a custom cat-back system that was much cheaper than buying a complete kit. I will def. recommend Supreme Muffler to anyone.
