I spoke to Casey on 7/30 about getting my 4 cylinder GMC Terrain oil change with the $17.99 advertised coupon. Casey explained to me that my engine would take more than 5 quarts and it would be $27.04 total. However they couldn't accommodate me on 7/30, Casey said that the coupon would be in the system for me to use on 7/31. Therefore I scheduled the oil change. I arrived today and the rude/arrogant manager refused to honor the price that I was quoted; she said that my vehicle can only take synthetic oil and it would cost me over $60. I feel that this was a trick to get me in there and charge me more. My Sunday morning was totally wasted. Shoppers beware!
