I made an account just to leave this review. That’s how much I would not recommend this location. This is not the first, or second, but THIRD time I have ordered the skillet queso and it has been left off my order. I also ordered extra rance for my chipotle chicken crispers. It was left off completely on this order, AND I didn't receive any ranch last time either. The A1 was left off last time as well for the steak on my ticket. I had to check my bags tonight to make sure it was in there, and not to my surprise, it wasn't. I had to ask for some. This is not just inconsiderate but poor, unacceptable service all together. One time leaving things off an order, I understand. Leaving sauces off an order, I understand. Leaving my queso off 3 times, which I had to work hard for to pay for, is completely intolerable. That's $21 that I've just thrown away to Chili's for NO reason, whatsoever. Last time I had to wait 20-30 minutes for my food and it still wasn't fresh & I didn't have all my food. 10/10 do NOT recommend this location, and I will not go back unless it's to replace my cheese dip.

I was visiting a relative in the area on yesterday, when we decided to stop for a bite to eat. At first glance, our server seemed very friendly & full of energy. But as always........looks can be deceiving. The food was dry, had to ask for extra Alfredo sauce for my pasta. My husband's Bacon on his sandwich cut the roof of his mouth, & the fries were cold. But never the less, we continued our meal. Once we received our bill we paid with my card & a small portion with cash. We also left a cash tip on table. But today when I called my card's info line, I discovered that the server took it upon his self to add a 20$ tip, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I called the manager to report this, he claimed that het would work on this. But what happened to common respect, & a decent apology, which I didn't get. I will be contacting other authority figures in this theft matter. Do not dine here.
