Pet Clinic

i have to write another review to even the score since the other person felt it necessary to write 2 of the exact same negative review, which has not been my experience. i've gone to this vet for years. the medford location is more convenient for me to get to & it's a lot cleaner with less congestion. i haven't found a vet that's more affordable than dr. olga. she does a lot of work with rescues which is really important work. i can take 2 or 3 cats in for a general visit for the same price that i was paying the previous vets that i had been going to. she is also supportive of helping the client help themselves. i had a 17 yr old diabetic, kidney diseased, heart diseased, blind kitty with high blood pressure. he required extensive medical treatments for over 6 years. she showed me how to test blood sugar & give fluids myself to save money on vet visits. i've had ultrasounds through her program for less than half of the going price for the same ultrasound elsewhere.

You know I never been more UN wanted then this place. The workers though are excellent..and I feel bad for them. My gripe is this how can the owner own three of these places and could not have patients to wait on my cat and tell me to go somewhere else.i never got apology and don't like drama, have to worry if my cat lost two ounces on weight. I have enough drama. I feel it wasn't the cat got out of hand. I been there eight times an gave her my own money. I feel it's personal issue. What vet owns three places and tells me I don't have time. You don't have patients.
