US Post Office

We ordered a floral arrangement for our father's grave for Memorial Day and asked that the florist deliver it and place it on the headstone, as we live across the country. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful - even better than expected. However, the nicest part of doing business with this florist is that they called (even without our asking) and left a voice mail message saying the flowers were delivered and wondering if we would like a photo since we were so far away. Before I called back, a photo arrived via text. It was so comforting to see the arrangement and know that our remembrance of our father was there. The service they provided to us was wonderful & much appreciated.

I have always disliked this post office when I had no choice, but to use it, when I moved. It is very inefficient, even more so than the usual post office (most of them are slow). Than just yesterday when I went to pick up my mail, a rude woman would not give it to me. Is it legal for a post office to hold one's mail hostage?!
