the service was horrible. i went there to see a early showing of the movie ( i won tickets on the radio) and my family and i were not let in because it was soo full the people who paid to get in had to leave. on the ticket it said to show up early but when the manager finnaly showed up he said that you had to have been there at 5 (2 hours early) in order have have gone in. after waiting there for about 30 min we were told that there was no possibility of us getting in and offered us replacement tickets for either frost or a romance. it was awful i am never going their again.
