ordered food. took 2 hrs to deliver and still didnt get the right food. called back and lady answering hung up on me twice. DO NOT EAT HERE! HORRIBLE

Food was delivered, ordered through the Beyond Menu app. They added a $3.00 tip to the ticket after I crossed out tip and signed the ticket. I gave them the tip in cash! These people will Rob you! Don't trust them!

Well I've ordered twice, both times were over an hour and a half long wait. That's never fun.

First time the first wasn't the best and I got sick. Second time same deal. Time to search for a new delivery.

I was a bit scared to order from this place reading the horrible reviews, so when I called I asked if the food would be fresh & hot when delivered because if not I would not be accepting it! The lady said a lot of customers get this location and the one next to base mixed up, the one next to base don't order from, order from Westen Blvd location. My food arrived in less than a hour, and it was fresh, hot & delicious!! This is our new place!

I ordered alot of meals from there by accident I usually order from the other Golden Dragon just lost number. I called and asked for manager and lady on phone was rude and said he not here. What you want? I told her the Lomien I ordered wasn't supposed to have mushrooms or bamboo shoots & she argued with me saying no you said no mushrooms &water chestnuts. Then I told her just 2 of the eggrolls were really greasy & she said NO. She hung up on me!! I had to call back and she was nasty on the phone what you want? I told her my husband didn't like the quart of shrimp fried rice. She said you can order today or I can give you a credit of 10% off next purchase. And I said what if I order today same thing 10% off purchase. First of all they messed up, gave me greasy food, and had a nasty attitude! DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS GOLDEN DRAGON!! PLUS ALL THE FOOD WAS NASTY BUT, I DIDN'T TELL HER THAT. EVEN MY HUSBAND SAID ALL THE FOOD WAS NASTY! ! ORDER FROM GOLDEN DRAGON ACROSS FROM THE COLLEGE. 9104553936! We always order our Chinese from them! *Oh and they have one star bc I had to give them at least one unfortunately!

Ordered delivery and the egg rolls and crab Rangoon were grossly undercooked. Then when I called back and asked them to fix it they said no it's fine next time it will be better then hung up on me. DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! Only gave them 1 star cause it wouldn't let me give them zero

Not the fastest but hey it's worth the little extra wait, their food is the best. We order delivery. The best Chinese food we've had, always hot when it gets here too

HORRIBLE!! Just ordered delivery.. from the begining it was a terrible experience. They were so rude and when the food was delivered my egg rolls were cold and the shrimp was so small and very few!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

They delivered to us!!!! That is a big deal because we are in Verona and were convinced we would never have Chinese delivered. They were prompt, the food was hot, and DELISH!!!! I got the house fried rice spicy with pot stickers. I have asked for pot stickers at other Chinese places here and they make them horribly....this place makes them the way they are supposed to taste. My family got sesame chicken and orange chicken. They are all delicious and the portions are generous....
