Hand Surgery Car Detailing

They do a good job detailing however I called to cancel my account due to moving and was told it was taken care of. I have now paid 75 dollars that they will not refund and the general manager said it's my word against theirs that I called to cancel since I did not physically come up (after I was told there was no need) that's just shady, bad business.
