First this guy has owned and ran this place maybe 15 years, not 34 yrs exp. Also he had no prior experience. If I has realized it was my old florist dead beat kid who owned it I never would have called. Needless to say, Dad must of got him another business to destroy before his death and he is doing his usual. Charging more and doing nothing. Blaming his staff instead of himself.
