        I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

        Unfortunately for my June wedding, our shuttle arrived with no AC. The driver was great, and I understand she had no authority to make any accommodations on the spot. That's besides the point. However, after the event, we told management about the issue, and they said they would refund us for the inconvenience. After following up several times, they just keep dodging me. Not honest and terrible customer service.

        Worst charter service we ever used. Very basic bus, seats are crappy, no cup holders anywhere, no wifi, no cordless mic, overall crappy service.
