Nate's Cell Phone Repair is fast, efficient and overall the best cell phone repair shop I have been too. I took my beat up iPhone in to be repaired, and Nate called in 30 mins telling me It was fixed. For us social media frenzies, text message and email reliant folks, this is the guy that will get it done in a flash. He's honest and very honest. Most of all, his prices beat any cell phone company that. Have been too. Kudos Nate!!

I showed up at his store and no one was there. The sign said open but the door was locked and no one was there, after waiting about 30 min he showed up and told me he could fix the cracked screen on my iPad in about an hour. Two hours later I got a call that it was ready to be picked up. I picked it up at the store and it looked like it was in good condition. That night I take it out of the box and the screen was detached from the device. I brought it in the next day and he was very nice and repaired it without charge. After the second repair I go home and there is now a white residue on the corners of the screen that won't come off. I thought I was getting my iPad fixed and now it looks worse than it did before. I do not recommend anybody going to him.

Good Morning Chase, I am so sorry I was not aware that you had an issue with the repair to your mother-in-laws Ipad mini. I also want to apologize for not being here when you came to my locate. Now about your Ipad mini if you did not like the repair when you came to pick it up you did not say anything at the time. However, I will be more than happy to refund part of your payment back to you or you can bring in the ipad mini so that I can remove the white adhesive you see on the side. I am truly sorry and was not aware that a review was written until someone told me. I do about 200 devices a month and it appears that I may want to keep closer eye on my reviews because know one comes back to the company to complain they just right a review. However, the customers that are happy almost never write a review unless you ask them to do so. Either way I am deeply sorry for your experience and would like a chance to earn your business back. Feel free to call me or come by anytime I am sure we can come to a resolution to resolve your concern. Thank you for your concerns.

We took a cell phone in to be repaired due to a cracked screen. He ordered a new screen for the phone but when we went to pick up the phone, the phone didn't work at all. Useless. So, not only did we get charged for the new screen (he would not refund it), but also ruined the phone in the process so we had to go purchase a new one. Would not recommend service to anyone based on our experience.

Nate replaced glass for my Samsung S5., after one week selicon starting to sperate from the LCD. It took it back within 2 wks and he didn't stand behind 30 days service warranty. I would rather pay more money some where else. Not recommend to use any kind of service.

I went in today to Nate's Cell phone repair and he got to working right away repairing my Galaxy S4 screen. He fixed it in about 45 minutes and was very professional. He did a great job. Highly recommend him for his high quality of work and great prices.
