Good Morning Chase, I am so sorry I was not aware that you had an issue with the repair to your mother-in-laws Ipad mini. I also want to apologize for not being here when you came to my locate. Now about your Ipad mini if you did not like the repair when you came to pick it up you did not say anything at the time. However, I will be more than happy to refund part of your payment back to you or you can bring in the ipad mini so that I can remove the white adhesive you see on the side. I am truly sorry and was not aware that a review was written until someone told me. I do about 200 devices a month and it appears that I may want to keep closer eye on my reviews because know one comes back to the company to complain they just right a review. However, the customers that are happy almost never write a review unless you ask them to do so. Either way I am deeply sorry for your experience and would like a chance to earn your business back. I informed you that the adhesive had not cured yet and that this may happen. I also offer to redo it for you at no cost to you if the problem got worst.
