I was thrilled with service I received yesterday from MCPC. Tyree explained everything thoroughly and answered my many questions. I felt he was knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. Spraying and traps were thorough and he left no mess when he was finished!

Sprayed for large waterbugs, end of November, with environmental products. Told had a 90 day guarantee over the phone. Just noticed they are back and called and was told the guarantee had expired, it was for 60 days. That is not what I was verbally told on the phone. Will never use them again.

He showed up on time, very professional and friendly. Took time to review the problem and immediately went to work on it. He even caulked the hole afterwards. I will call them again.
