Magnum Safety and Design

These people are a rip off!!!! I ordered products 10 months age ...paid them in FULL and have yet to recieve them! They use EVERy excuse you can think of...ie: my embroidary person is out sick then her mother is ill...they had a fire....etc.... Won't return phone calls...lies when you do get him on the phone...promises to send you product out ASAP...never comes! BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!! Site made me give star rating so the minimum I could give is one star but doesn't deserve that!

We ordered hats and when they showed up they were not what we ordered. They wanted us to pay for more hats and they would send them to us on the next order. I refused and told them they could have their hats back and I would stop payment, but he promise to send hats in the color and design we ordered originally. Hats never received. They don't answer their phones and promise they have sent them out, but they don't. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

WARNING WARNING i got burned by mike, gave him 1000.00 for products and not delivered. be carefull, i would look for some one else if i were you, he has selective answering, dont trust him, he will promice you the world and not deliver. i dont want to see others get burned, not a problem for me. i will find some one else to do my graphics and shirts and signs, WARNING WARNING
