Consumer BEWARE this is by far the worst service to use..we paid $60 for John the tech that was sent out by our home warrant company, to NOT include all the information in our report therefore our dryer did not get repaired nor replaced! Needless to say John has not returned our calls nor text messages very unprofessional. They get NO STARS!!!

I wish there was a way to give them 0 stars! They were contacted by my home warranty company and were scheduled to be here between 1:00 - 4:00. I rearranged my schedule and waited, no phone call, no service technician, nothing! Zero just like their rating should be.

Our home warranty company assigned our cooktop install to GKB services. They were rude and unprofessional. I would call and be unable to leave a message. They were extremely difficult to get in touch with. They would not return our phone calls. We waited over a week for them to get the parts for our install and then were told that it would be another five days before they could come out and

install the cooktop. When I called to complain about this, I was hung up on. Would never use them again.
