        I met with James Isbell to discuss a replacement for my heating/air conditioning unit. My goal was to find a contractor who had a good reputation for quality workmanship and quality customer service. James conducted a full evaluation of my present system (duct system, insulation, and the size and type of unit needed) and provided a written estimate with details of costs explained. He walked me through the service cost, energy-efficient system, and explained the warranty I selected. He explained that an 18 month no interest payment plan was available, and a military discount would be applied to make payments easier for my budget. The following day, Jonathan, Marcus, and Joc arrived at my house to do the install. I felt comforted seeing these technicians were licensed and had certifications of NATE on their shirts. I spoke personally to Jonathan, Marcus, and Joc. Talking with them, I felt they were professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up, cleared out, and my expectations were exceeded. A thumbs up to Deana for her telephone assistance. Highly recommend without reservation and feel confident about my future relationship with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating
