They have a large variety of products, lots of options for your 'pest' needs. The employee that was there, I believe that his name was 'Mike' was very articulate and knowledgeable about the products that he had. He listened to my issues and helped with showing me numerous options, how to properly employ each type of trap, manual, chemical, etc.

I first went there several years ago and I continue to go back for 'expert' advice. I forgot to ask about the 'Under New Management' sign but it was good years ago and it is still my choice to go to for products and information.

The big box stores might be a little less expensive but they don't typically have knowledgeable employees who can answer specific questions about products and they generally have fewer options/products.
