Employees are not knowledgeable. Called needing a 1 horsepower submersible well pump. The girl thought it was 'washpower' and said she didn't know anything about plumbing and she transferred me to someone 'who did'. The guy kept trying to talk me into a 1/2hp pump and then tried talking me into a sump pump. Had to tell him 3 times what I needed and he still couldn't figure it out. Employees need to be educated on their departments and what items are instead of trying to point customers in the wrong direction.
