Price Rite

Stopped by to get a few things, paid for my order at the register. After the register said "approved" I was told that the system went down and my debit card wasn't charged. I was assured that there was no possible way that my card would be double charged and (of course) it was. The twenty minute wait didn't aggrivate me. Double charging my card didn't aggrivate me. What aggrivated me beyond belief was the fact that THEY REFUSED TO REVERSE THE CHARGE! Two charges for the same amount, one after another and I was told by both the store and customer service that I would have to wait for a "special team" (that had conveniently gone home for the holiday weekend) to fix their mistake. I assume they'll be changing their slogan from "Cut your grocery bill in half" to "Pay double and like it" or "Our customer service is very similar to a prison shower"........
