Awesome customer service. These guys know their stuff and they can work on just about any make of car. I changed out a transmission at my house and I just needed software updated to get rid of hard shift. The guy got right on it, he and I went on a little test drive and everything was straight. Took about 10 minutes and we were done

Please do not take your car to 5 star transmission, they do not honor their service or warranties!
Better to go to a dealership or other transmission shop.
Horrible service!

I got ripped off almost 750.00. They were supposed to clean out my gas tank, fuel line, replace the fuel filter, and battery. They replaced the battery and fuel filter because I purchased the products and brought them in but the gas tank and fuel lines were not cleaned out. My car ran for 1 day after I got it back from them and then died. When I called them they wanted me to pay their tow truck driver a second time to bring back my car. I felt at that point that I something was off; so I took the gas tank out and fuel line off myself to check on their work. The fuel line was almost completely clogged up with sludge , as was the gas tank. They did nothing I had paid them to do. I am doing the work myself; which I had wanted to avoid because I just don't have the free time. I also have to replace the fuel filter again because of all the crap that got flush into it was the car was run. Do NOT take your car here unless you want to spend hundreds on nothing. Thanks for nothing guys.

I have been a 5 star customer for over 20 years with the best quality service, no exceptions. I look for quality, not hurry-up jobs. They have done engine, brakes, and transmission work on my '62 Corvette and nobody touches it but 5 Star. Thank you Robert.
