El Paso Undercar Parts

I put my car in the shop, the mechanic took the vehicle to a different facility after a month of not being able to fix it himself. It was there for two months out of the three months the mechanic has had it in his possession. The mechanic has just worked on everything else but what we have asked from him. Now my after market radio and speakers has gone missing from the other shop. Now he is saying to give him our car to get another car from him using store credit for what he thinks the price is. This gentleman should have never even took the car to another shop with out us even knowing. I highly do not recommend this facility to anyone because they aren't even giving us blue book value for our car.
