My name is Alex Jimenez and I am a Chiropractic Physician who uses cutting-edge therapies focused on total health, strength training and total conditioning programs. We use Patient Focused Diet Plans, Advanced Chiropractic Techniques, Agility Training, Cross-Fit and the PUSH System to treat patients suffering from various injuries and health problems. My goal too is to help the body heal itself naturally. When your body is really healthy, you will arrive at your fitness level and proper weight. We want to help educate you on how to live a new and improved lifestyle. Our doctors have spent over 25 years researching and testing methods with thousands of patients. We strive to create fitness and better the body through researched methods and total programs. These programs are natural, and use the body's own ability to achieve goals of improvement, rather than introducing harmful chemicals, controversial hormone replacement, surgery, or addictive drugs. We want you to live a life that is fulfilled with more energy, positive attitude, better sleep, less pain, proper body weight and educated on how to maintain this way of life. As an extension to dynamic rehabilitation, we also offer a diverse portfolio of strength equipment, high performance exercises and advanced agility options. We are very proud to have teamed up with the cities premier trainers in order to provide high level competitive athletes the option to push themselves to their highest abilities within our facility. When you do exercise, you transmit the energy of the joint across all joints and create real strength. That's why I began offering fitness programs including CrossFit in conjunction with chiropractic therapies and motion therapies. In our new state of the art PUSH-as-Rx facility, we combined Chiropractic and CrossFit fitness to treat people in El Paso. We also offer physical therapists, trainers, and other services that help working professionals feel better, work harder, and do more! This is a long term commitment, though. Working with us is not a one time deal. It becomes something more than just exercise. People follow through and keep it up because they see the changes that it brings. Dr. Jimenez is very professional, friendly, personable, and knows that he’s doing and how to help you out. I’ve been to numerous chiropractors over the span of 15 years and he by far is the best one. Dennise at the front desk is a great asset and is very friendly and welcoming and Jeni is perhaps the best masseuse in the city!!!

AMAZING DOCTOR & STAFF. Dr. Jimenez took care of me quickly and found that my accident had caused a devastating fracture of my neck. He call ed it a shovel fracture. My neck was hurting real bad. He treated me with kit gloves and found me the care required. I love there rehabilitation too.
