Hendos Collision

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------I took my 2007 lexus here to be repaired after an accident. I was treated like a "stupid" woman and did not appreciate that. The front desk people were very fake nice and were too busy chatting with each other to help me. I talked to my adjuster about the shop and he told me that I should've taken my car to one of their preferred shops! Next time I will! Talk to your insurance company for advice!! They know the shops and work with them everyday.

Have had several vehicles repaired here and always great service. Julie ran me to the airport and picked me up so my car could be repaired while I was out of town. Great shop to work with.

I CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE SO DISORGANIZED AND TREATED MY MOTHER WITH DISRESPECT. I BRT YOU DONT TREAT YOUR MOTHER THE WAY YOU DID MINE. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT STEVINSON RECOMENDS SUCH A HORRIBLE SHOP.
