Air City Centerville Taxi

Absolutely terrible. I called a day in advance to get a cab from my mom's home in Dayton to the Schuster Center to see the Lion King. I specified that I needed a vehicle that would hold 5 passengers, and the dispatcher assured me they could accomodate. The driver shows up 15 minutes late. I'm sure if I hadn't called and demanded his whereabouts, he wouldn't have showed up at all. He wasn't told that there would be 5 people, so he spends the next 5 minutes cleaning all the crap (piles of food and trash) out of his front seat so 1 of us could sit up front. Then the 4 other grown women had to cram into the back seat. To top it off, the car REEKED of cigarettes. If we hadn't almost been late for our show, I would have sent him away. I now live near DC, where this horrible service would NEVER be tolerated. I strongly advise against using this company.

Since the new management took over, this company is doing a great job.

I have used this Taxi Service many times-at least eight times over the past year. The Drivers come up to get my luggage and, when they meet me at the airport, they come to the baggage carousel to help me with my luggage. Very nice when you are tired after a long trip. The taxis, no matter the driver, are nice large sizes cars and are immaculately clean. The drivers, no matter the hour, are personable and respectful. Wonderful service, especially if you are a woman business traveler and a wee bit nervous. These guys are total pros--all of them. Highest recommendation!

he told meshut up b#ch the dispatcher at aircity cab and then went to his bossed and lied staten i called him an a##hole i was never so unfairliey treated at a place of service no wonder we in recession there customer survice sux im going to call there district tommorrow bout this issue i mean i was in the customer service field for 3yrs you never call a potential sutomer a bi_ch i even joined this cuz of the disrespect
