        I highly recommend Sweatbox- the trainers are experts in helping us get in shape! The place is inviting - ask for Dustin!

        The personal trainers are awes...

        The personal trainers are awesome. They really listen to your goals and design your workouts around them. Very well educated and experienced trainers. It is a small local gym with a very upbeat feel. It doesn't matter if you are 20 something or 50 something, just beginning a workout routine or a lifer, all are treated the same. It is a great place to go sweat.
