Midland Auto Recovery

Obviously a person not happy about having their car repod wrote the last review. Little do they know that the last thing a bank or lender would allow the person who had the vehicle near it after it had been recovered. I have worked with Midland for many years and they do what they say and do it professionally. Really should not allow a review to be written by someone that is not paying the bill!

Interesting how the last reviewer sees things and somewhat maybe true. However I will tell you that this is the company you want to have recovering your collateral. Midland Auto Recovery did a great job for our company (a credit union) and I am confident they would do the same for you. Thanks

It's interesting... all the positive reviews are written on the same day, and all shortly after the initial negative review. ...Makes it a little obvious that someone from the company decided to go in and write glowing reviews of themselves. This doesn't mean they can't be trusted to complete a particular job successfully, but it does make one wonder why they felt the need to protect themselves in such a manner, doesn't it... ? I spoke to them on the phone and they seem professional. I called because I ran across an individual who previously repossessed autos in the state and was referred their way. (I'm a business owner who has a rep in SC and need to have a car found and recovered.) If I use them I will write another review to document how it went.

When my fiance and myself had our car repossessed the tow truck driver damaged my car by towing the vehicle, front wheel drive, front tires up on the hook and drove the entire way back to the garage with the e-brake on. When we picked the car up after we paid my bank, we went to this company. We realized after we left, that the car's e-brake was lock despite the handle being down. Also we realized we had been overcharged the storage fee. When my fiance talked to the manager the following day, he refused to speak to talk to him, despite my fiance's calm nature and willing to be amicable yet still wanting his money back. Luckily we have documents to prove our case. Make sure you do too!
