Overall

It was awful - I paid $28 for a shallac manicure. Firstly, I made an appointment but was still told to wait an additional 20 minutes. Like many crappy salons, they just keep taking person after person, even though they're already swamped with customers. The guy doing my nails did my "manicure" while doing another ladies and failed spectacularly at both. I got cut twice by his clippers, he left all kinds of hang nails I had to clean up later. The whole process ended up taking over an hour, never got cuticle oil, never got lotion, never got a massage. He spent the entire time doing 2 manicures, answering the phones and screaming at his employees. Awful!!!

I had a 6:00 appointment and arrived about 5 minutes early and my friend was already in the back and going and I was already signed in. I told them about my appointment and that I was with the friend in the back and they told me to pick a color and just wait. They weren't that busy considering it was a Friday evening, as they had open chairs and lots of staff ready and available. I waited an additional 20 minutes. I even waved to my friend to tell her I was there but they would not let me cross this "invisible line" at the front of the store. The SAME guy who told me to wait, started on her pedicure & left me up front! I finally just walked back by myself and they YELLED AT ME and said to my friend "Is this girl with you!?" and she said "Yes, this is the friend I was telling you about..." and they said "Okay, have a seat." My nail polish had more bubbles in every single nail, BIG bubbles, than I have ever seen! An 8 year old could have painted my nails better! I was so disgusted! My friend's nails had a few bubbles too. I had to walk around asking for someone to ring me up after we were finished drying our nails. THEN I saw that it was $46!!! I mean I knew it was at least $35 but I just paid them and left! I tried calling the next day (Saturday) and they said there was not a manager until Monday. I tried calling Monday and they said there was not a manger available. I still didn't get to speak with a manager, and never will it seems, a week and a half later. WORST SERVICE EVERRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time or frustration or money on this HORRIBLE excuse for a nail salon! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere reputable, even if your friends recommend going "just this once"!

When this business first opened, it was an exciting, clean and very nice place to go. As it has been opened a while, it is not as clean, owner's attitude and some of employees is that of burn-out. I was in the store on Saturday and asked for and paid for a manicure with Shellac nails. I never got a manicure, and basically received a change of color for the price of manicure. The old gel polish was soaked and scraped off, no cuticles were trimmed, no lotion applied, nothing remotely resembling a manicure. The polish application was fairly good, with one or two spots not totally covered. Was done by the owner.

Acrylic Nails

I got my nails done here for a wedding and they looked fabulous!! The only problem was that they started popping at the bottoms two days later. A week later they are still on but not by much. I don't know if it was the nails or the application of the nails or how hard I am on them. I don't get my nails done a lot but I feel like if you are going to pay for something it should last.
