DON'T GO HERE. i HAD MY NAILS DONE HERE ALSO ON A LUNCH BREAK AND THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB. THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL AND I DID NOT FEEL AT ALL VALUED AS A CUSTOMER. THE LADY WHO WORKED ON MY NAILS WAS IN SUCH A RUSH EVEN THOUGH THE SALON WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY…I GUESS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIGN. MY NAILS WERE GLUED ON CROOKED AND THERE WAS A MESS OF GLUE UNDER EACH THAT LEAKED OUT GLUING MY NAIL TO MY ACTUAL FINGER INSTEAD OF JUST MY NAIL. THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE. THEN TO TOP EVERYTHING OFF I WAS QUOTED A PRICE FOR WHAT THE FINAL TOTAL AMOUNT WOULD BE FOR THE NAILS THAT I WANTED AND WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY THEY BUMPED UP THAT PRICE AN EXTRA THIRTY DOLLARS. THEY SAID BECAUSE THE GUY WHO QUOTED ME WAS QUOTING ME HIS PRICE NOT THE SALON’S PRICE….UHHHHHHHHHH SO DISSATISFIED WITH THIS PLACE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HOPE I HAVE SAVED YOU THE TROUBLE OF HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE THE ONE I HAD TO ENDURE.



P.S. I GAVE ELITE NAILS A ONE STAR RATING ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING LOWER TO RATE THEM.

I tried this spa because of the special they were advertising Unfortunately I see why they had to give a special . The salon is run down and the staff has a very very hard time understanding English. They speak among themselves in their native language which is rude. Well the girl who did my nails seemed nice but that’s about it. Here nail work is bad. I was on a short lunch and didn’t have a chance to inspect my nails at the salon. But when I did later that day I noticed she glued the nails on crooked and my finger underneath the nail was actually glued to the fake nail. Even the art work was sloppy. I tried complain but got no help. This place is to expensive and not worth the money. I found out the hard way :(

DO NOT GO HERE UNSANITARY. I went here to get a pedicure done. The girl cut my toe with a nail clipper. My toe was bleeding and I had to tell her to put alcohol on it. She then finished with me and DIDNOT clean those tools she cut me with when she moved right over to the the next customer. I was so freaked out she was using the tool she cut me with on that customer. I told the manager and she did nothing about it. I called back and someone else claimed he was the manager I told him what happen and he said he talk to her and tried to give me a gift card. I told him i dont want a gift card i want to speak to the owner and i deserve a full cash refund. He refused until my husband took the gift card and said we use it as evidence. Then the owner called me 2 days later still not giving a refund and claiming her salon was clean. Even after I told her how the girl used the dirty unsanitary nail clipper on the very next customer. BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU MIGHT GET A FOOT INFECTION. REALLY ITS A 00000 STAR
