Cryotherapy
Most skin conditions are treated by family physicians but Dr. Purewal has gone through additional training in dermatology enabling him to take care of most skin cancers, and precancerous skin growths right here in the office. Dermoscopy, cryotherapy, and electrosurgery are all offered.
Medical Weight Loss
In line with his preventive care philosophy Dr. Purewal is a weight loss specialist. Following the guidelines of the Obesity Medicine Association, he will come up with a medically managed weight loss program which is individualized to fit your needs and specific medical conditions. This may or may not include medications such as appetite suppressants.
Pediatric Care
Dr. Keerit Purewal is a primary care physician who is board certified in Family Medicine and sees patients of all ages. Her professional interests include women’s health, pediatric care and gender affirming medicine. She provides care in the areas of general internal medicine, contraceptive care, PrEP treatment and procedures.

Our staff includes board certified family practice physicians, a board-certified internal medicine physician, 2 family nurse practitioners and a physician assistant. We also have a registered dietitian on staff for your dietary needs.

Michael graduated in 2000 from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. He worked as a researcher at City of Hope Beckman Research Institute until 2006 when he continued his education at Western University of Health Sciences, graduating with a master’s degree as a physician assistant in 2008. Has been certified as a physician assistant since graduating and has worked in neurosurgery as well as family practice in a rural clinic.
