they are excellent and honest in there repairs, must leave it to diagnose exact problem and leave deposit. but turn around is usually 1 week depending on how long it takes to get parts, he has repaired guitar amps, wireless mics, etc for me

Attempted to call to get a ballpark price on a repair before driving 30 miles out to thier location. Man was very rude and made a very simple call extremely difficult, couldn't give a quote even though I told him the exact repair needed (said customers are usually wrong). I may have been born at night, but I wasn't born last night.
