Floyd's Restaurant II

This place has great soul food. Everything is a always freshly cooked. The only thing that stop this place from being fantastic is their continually rude service. On more than one occasion I have been hung up on after being kept on hold for more then 15mins. Then when I get through my order is constantly disrupted by the person in the phone doing a million and one things but listening. I mean the food is good but at what price. Is common phone courstey to much to ask for from a food establishment you frequent. Get it together!
