A 1 Appliance Repair

The guy stayed for less than a half an hour. Was not informed of taxes added on to the service call. A day or two later found out it was as simple as turning the breaker back on to get the freezer working again. Instruction booklets often say to look at breaker, but the "appliance repair man," if you can call him that, never even suggested it or check to see that the freezer was receiving power through the cord. Called to ask for a partial refund for his negligence and lack of complete service. He would rather talk my ear off full of excuses and nonsense. Never doing business with them again or suggesting them to anyone.
