Caliber Collision

Working with Prices was a complete nightmare. They had my car for two and a half weeks. They never gave me an estimate but stated that they were waiting on insurance to get back to them. Insurance sent me and Prices the detailed estimate regarding what they were going to cover (which was not all of the damages due to a previous incident). Prices had assumed that it was all going to be covered so they took the whole front of my car apart. When they realized they'd made a mistake, he calls me to tell me they can't fix my car but they can't get the pieces back together. And also I suddenly owe them $810 for a "tear down fee" and that I didn't even authorize. I never signed or authorized anything except an estimate that they never gave me. I had been able to drive my car there and ended up having to get it towed to a new place.

This place and the guy I worked with was completely shady. My car was in worse shape leaving than it was going in. The guy that I dealt with was unprofessional and didn't seem to know much about his job.

Be AWARE of Price's Collusion in Franklin, TN. they keep delate the date of your repair if the insurance is pay them directly, they will delate your repair infinitely.

my car was brought to Prices' collusion because Infiniti of Cool spring referral them. my 2014 Infiniti QX60 was brought to them back in June this year,

they first estimated a $9000 repair bill, than my insurance paid them immediately, so they can start repair.

they they quote additional $10,000 on repair. again, my insurance paid them quickly.

they agree the car will be ready on September 15, than again on September 25. at this time they already gave me hundred reason why the car was delate. if you can't promise than don't take the JOB! well, since they already got the check from Insurance, so I do not have any leverage on them....

I've been drive my truck since the accident happen, on September 25 they promise me to deliver the car, again they break their promise, I have visitor coming, I have no choice but to rent a van.

the Manager name Christ say he will try to talk to their regional office about paying my rental car. than again, his words can never trusted.

now after 4 month of repair on damage of tire and axle.... wow...i finally get my car. not only they did a lousy job, the car was all dirty, the engine hood was all dusty. when i drive on freeway the car slick around. they say they did the alignment, but, the car is too dangerous to drive.

I have no choice but to trade that in. I just want to let people aware of this Price's Collusion in Franklin, TN!
