Joe's Pasta & Pizza

I thought their pizza was excellent. They always have customers. The restuarant is very clean. I Found the service fast and efficient.

I've eaten ate Joe's many times and the food is fairly decent and consistent. I had an issue with customer service/management I'd like to review. If you are ordering take out here and placing your order from their website you will have a bit of a shock when you go to pick up your food and pay your bill. I was charged almost $10 more than I expected to pay. Why? because when I spoke to the manager at what I perceived as a very overcharged tab, he said "Oh, thats because we raised all the prices and didn't get the website updated" A good manager who knows good customer service would have immediately realized that is NOT the customers problem and refunded the difference or offered a credit for next take out order. But I didn't even receive an apology let alone the difference back. NOT COOL. Its 100% the restaurants fault, its false advertising of prices. If you're in a store, and their advertised price you come in with doesn't match the sticker price, guess what, they HAVE to give it at the advertised price. DON"T change your prices until you have your advertised prices to the public correct! Time for me to change my Italian restaurant. They are clueless as to how to keep a good customer happy and there is too much competition to come back here after this.
