I went in for a repair, i.e., ...

I went in for a repair, i.e., a vibration and roar on the highway and pulsating brakes. From what a friend told me before going to Hollingsworth-Richards Mazda, the vibration was coming from a bad swing bearing on the drive shaft. The Mazda mechanic told me that my total problem was being caused by my brakes needing new rotors and pads. I had to point out the bad swing bearing to the mechanic. New pads and rotors and a new drive shaft were installed. The drive shaft seemed to correct the vibration and roar, but the brakes were still pulsating after the repair. This was late Friday afternoon; on Monday I called the service writer and told her the brakes were still a problem. Long story short, the problem with the brakes I found out later at an Atlanta Mazda dealer was a sticking piston in the caliper, not pads and rotors. It was making the brakes drag, and in the process built up tremendous heat in the right front wheel, warping the new rotors. I wrote Mr. Hollingsworth twice, March 9 and 30, about the misdiagnosis, the second letter being a certified letter. I have gotten no response at all from Mr. Hollingsworth. A copy of the second letter was forwarded to Customer Service at Mazda's National headquarters in Irvine, CA. Mr. Hollingsworth will not return their calls as well.

Overall
Bad internet sales

After dealing on the phone and thru emails for a week I have traveled 130 miles to finalize my deal and get my car. When I get there it seems the paperwork process has not even begun. The deal I made was a thing of the pass and they wanted a new deal. They told me they needed 1000 down so I said ok. 15 minutes later they come back saying they needed 2000 down. A few days later they call me telling me they wanna work out a deal. Like I would fall for that again. I would not do business with these guys ever again.
