Very good food HORRIBLE service!!! We went on a Sunday afternoon (1:30) and after asking for refills on our beverages and waiting for 40 minutes for our food, I spoke to the manager who was very appologetic and offered a discount on our meal for our time. He then went to the kitchen and shortly afterwards our food arrived. 1/3 was hot the other was cold. Service STILL was poor even after speaking to the manager. Again had to ask for refills which never came and no discount on our final bill!!!!! Food was good but the service was definately NOT worth it!!!

My family and I (2 adults and 2 kids) went to La Mina on Coffee Rd and Brimhall Rd. It was a Wednesday evening and we arrived at 6:23pm. We were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. 6:23p Arrive 7pm seated 7:05pm asked for 2 waters, a strawberry margarita, kids chocolate milk and a kids root beer. We also ordered our meals 7:08pm got the kid's drinks but no water and no margarita 7:16pm table next to us (arrived at 7:10) received their drinks 7:19pm Bar waitress asked how we were doing, said we have not received our drinks yet 7:21pm we got 1 water and the margarita 7:33pm table next to us receives their food 7:39pm received our food, cheeseburger had no cheese, sent it back. The kids enchilada and my enchilada was cold, took to long to get the food, so did not send back. Hubby's rice was under cooked but he did not tell me till later. 7:41pm received the other water we ordered, TWENTY minutes after we ordered it! 7:45pm my son showed me his burger, that was 75% ate by then, it was still VERY pink in the middle! 7:58pm received our check, paid it, and I spoke with the manager. It was a Wednesday evening, yes the place was full. There was no more than 3 parties waiting for a table at any given time. They had 3 bartenders at the bar, 2 waitresses serving the people in the bar and 3 other waiters to cover about 16 tables. The managers reply was they were understaffed and that is why the wait was long. I showed the manager the patty and all he said was "I am sorry about that". The service was completely unacceptable. The food was terrible, the service left a lot to be desired. I do not recommend this place for anyone.
