Pep Boys

Horrible customer service!!! I stopped in on Friday 12/4/15 at about 6pm to purchase a headlight as I had just realized my headlight was out. The cashier seemed annoyed that I was even there and that he has to help me. When I asked if anyone could help me put the bulb in he responded with a chuckle and said, "I don't know, your gonna have to ask the service department I don't do that!" So I went over to the service dept with the already purchased lightbulb and kindly asked if someone could help me install it as I do not have any tools with me to pop the headlight out. The man, Forrest was his name, was extremely irritated that I was even asking this and promptly responded with, "We are too busy this evening to do something like this!" So I then requested a return for the headlight I just purchased. He was pist about that too! It was then obvious that a return would have been more time consuming and more difficult for him than actually having the guys put the lightbulb in because he then stormed away with an attitude to tell the service guy to put the headlight in for me... Which he did pleasantly and within minutes! Now, Forrest came back and said it was going to be a $20 charge... No problem, I needed the headlight in so that I didn't get pulled over that night... Rediculos price, yes, but I needed it done so was willing to pay. IT TOOK FORREST 26 MINUTES TO RING UP THE $20 CHARGE!!!! IT'S NO WONDER HE WAS IRRITADED THAT I WAS EVEN THERE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I WILL NEVER GO TO A PEP BOYS AGAIN! ¡!!!

Appreciation is in order for this Pep Boys. Thank you for your knowledgeable assistance everything I was looking for. The no pressure assistance help a great deal and seemed to relax me to be able to explain what I was needing with out getting all upset and frustrated.
