Unscrupulous Business Practices

Took our $7000 copper door into the Paint Shop to have it pantinaed after they quoted us $400 to have it done. Once they pantinaed it, it was obvious they did not know what they were doing--it looked like a cheap garage door that was painted brown. Told them that we were not satisfied and asked them to redo it according to the picture we showed them initially out of the Martin Door catalogue. They redid it, and we are now satisfied; however, they are now hold our door hostage by asking for $900, $500 over what they initally quoted me to fix their mistake. I offered them $600, but they declined our offer, and told us they had lawyers and we have to do what we have to do. We are now being forced to sue them, plus attorneys fees for a job done wrong. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Not very phone friendly, said they don't like guns in the shop

and would not take the time to let me explain it was a part not an entire gun but because of ATF rules I could not leave it with them. The woman on the phone acted like she had no time or inclanation to talk to me she just wanted to transfer me to someones voice mail. I am sorry but your customer service is not very friendly over the phone, and as far as not brining guns into the shop I totally understand. But when a potential customer is trying to explain to someone its a part and will not function as a gun they should have a few seconds to listen and process the information to make a legitamate decision of some common sense and give me the information I am requesting instead of shuffling me off to someones voice mail. I found someone else in Albuquerque who did take the time to not only listen to my description of what I need done but also ask and answer questions. They will get my buisness.
