Worst customer service ever from their office person Ashley. The company stated they moved her away from phones and interaction with customer a while back, but she is still there. They are so disorganized. The billing issue was her mistake and I don't even get a sorry after being badgered for over a week. Instead, she makes rude comments. I will never use them again. I am a Realtor that uses many inspectors and I have Never seen such terrible customer service.
