        Overall

        For the most part, Buckminns was ok, until I had them do some work on my bike, which included a complete safety check and new back tire. I picked up the bike when the work was done and rode it home. The ride was fine....I soon discovered that the seat was not secured at all to the frame! Plus, the screw that secures the back of the seat to the rear fender was gone! Also, my blue trick lighting I had installed was not working....strange....it had no issues when I dropped off the bike! Thankfully the seat did not shift or start to come off while I was riding...that could have been ugly....I contacted the service department to let them know, and basicly the reply I got was "looks like we owe you a screw!" No thanks, Buckminns, you screwed me already. Needless to say, they will never work on my bike again. Just my two cents, folks.

        The best shop in the Dayton ar...

        The best shop in the Dayton area. Thank for getting me back on the road in less than an hour!!! I will be back again and again. Every person that works there said hi to me as I walked though the store. No pushy sales people here, just down home folks who were there to help me. Best Harley store I have ever been to!!
