        The MOST HORRIBLE service I've ever received... I was just there with my 19 month old son, waiting for 40 minutes in the 'mail it yourself' line, and apparently I printed the wrong sized sticker... a postal worker came up and literally bit my head off for printing the wrong size label!! Everyone looked at her like she was crazy, and she just kept on saying "next time be sure you print the right size!" and "they'll just have to make it work" when I offered to re-write the address on a different side of the package. I have NEVER EVER been treated so rudely or have been made to look stupid in this way before - it was surreal, honestly. I have FULL intentions on taking this up with her manager, there is no way this "lady" should be in the customer service field. UNREAL.
