Papa Johns Pizza

I screwed up and forgot to say no onions on my bbq chicken pizza and without hesitation and with a slice missing the manager made me a new one and actually apologized and said he should have mentioned onions came on it even though I told him i ordered it plenty of times before. Delicous as always and unbelievable customer service

At LEAST three bad experiences with this carryout place! We truly enjoy Papa John's pizza on a Sunday when we don't feel like cooking, ya know-hangover central haha! But EVERY SINGLE TIME we call to place our order, the man who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, impolite, and every other profanity you might think of! When we went to pick up my order, I asked to speak to the manager and told him how appalled I was by the RUDENESS of the person answering the phone! And this wasn't just once I said, this was the last SEVERAL times we had ordered there! The manager was completely unconcerned and nonchalant, not ONE single apology, not a "how bout a free bread stick or an extra sauce?" NOTHING but a blank stare!!! I said to him "well, we order here every single Sunday, we could at least deserve an apology for the continuous impoliteness!" he replies again with a blank stare "sorry."...WOW needless to say, I would rather drive 25 minutes to the Farmington location rather than 30 seconds to this location if I can get some better service and better food!! Also, we ordered delivery once (and even though the delivery guy was really hot-lol) it took them an HOUR and FIFTEEN min to bring us our order! Ridiculous!! This Papa John's is a DISGRACE to the Papa John's franchise! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
